We have a lovely secluded garden with comfy seating for guests to enjoy during their stay here in Windermere. You relax with cup of tea, or perhaps a glass of fizz.

Our large private car park allows you to safely park your car and walk into the village to try our many fabulous restaurants and bars.

Terrace Seating

We also have a terraced area available where guests can dine al fresco.

Lounge Seating

We have lounge seating available on the ground floor for guests to enjoy. We have two comfy sofas and information about things to see and do during your stay in Windermere.

Celebrating your special occasion

We have a premises license and offer a good choice of alcoholic beverages which you can enjoy in our garden, on the terrace, or in your room.

Our drinks selection includes: Champagne, Sparkling Wine, white wine, red wine, beers including Peroni and Estrella Damm, plus Lakes Distillery Vodka and Gin, and Fever-Tree mixers.

We can also arrange for Chocolates, Flowers, Champagne, or Prosecco to be in your room on arrival. Please contact us for details.

Your special day in the Lakes.

We are perfectly located to hold a small intimate ceremony. We are centrally located in the village but yet tucked away just enough to create a completely self-contained ceremony either in our beautiful garden or in the event of rain we have a large grand reception room big enough to hold small intimate ceremonies. Your host Mike is a fully trained Celebrant and will help you plan and conduct your ceremony.
